Ross Simmons - Buyer's Agent
Ross brings a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine love for property, something that began more than 20 years ago when he bought a termite infested house with the help of his parents and rebuilt it with a chippy mate from uni (thanks Pete). It was a huge learning curve that opened his eyes to how you can add value to a property and how much wealth can be generated through property, when you make informed purchases.
Since then, Ross has worked as a building certifier, in project management roles, and briefly in real estate sales. This diverse, hands-on background gives him a clear, practical understanding of how the property market functions beyond the sales pitch.
Ross’s connection to the Sunshine Coast runs deep. Although growing up on a small farm, he spent much of his life visiting the region where his grandparents retired, and later watched his aunt make her yearly pilgrimage to Noosa, the highlight of her year. Those memories helped shape his appreciation for the lifestyle, community and quiet magic that make this place so special.
Today, that local knowledge combined with two decades of hands on property experience and a genuine love of meeting people forms the foundation of Noosa Property Scout.
